Our wire cut EDM uses a thin brass wire (0.1–0.3mm) to cut hardened steel with extreme precision — ideal for complex mold cavity profiles and tight-tolerance features that CNC milling cannot achieve. Cutting accuracy: ±0.005mm, surface finish up to Ra 0.2μm, workpiece thickness up to 300mm.
