GOETO Precision operates a dedicated quality lab equipped with advanced testing equipment for mold validation and part measurement. Our testing equipment supports mold manufacturing, precision parts processing, and final product verification across automotive, medical device, and consumer electronics industries.

The core of our quality lab includes CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical 2D measuring projector, digital hardness tester, and precision micrometers. These testing equipment tools enable dimensional verification, surface hardness checks, and geometric tolerance analysis for injection molds and machined components. All inspection data from our testing equipment is documented and traceable, supporting the quality standards required by clients in Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.

As part of our full-service manufacturing services, our testing equipment is used at multiple stages: incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, mold trial validation, and outgoing part verification. This integrated approach to mold quality control reduces defect risk and ensures consistent output from our Shenzhen facility.
